 Lou Piniella pulled out all the stops in the 9th inning last night as the Cubs were trying to scratch and claw their way to a doubleheader sweep of the Cardinals. I do have to say that whether it was Jake Fox catching, a 14-year old in center field or putting the pitcher out to left field for a batter, the inning was exciting. That is, until they lost and I realized that it pretty much summed up the first half of the Cubs season. Let's get to it......
