I no longer have a subscription to Sports Illustrated since almost all of their articles are online and there were too many ads in the magazine, but I'll be heading out to buy this copy when it comes out. Actually, I have copies of all the SI's with Cubs on the cover since the days of Ryne Sandberg. The Lovely Dentist actually wanted to throw them away last week as we are preparing to move. No way, I told her. Not gonna happen. Instead I moved a 60 pound chest filled with SI's to my parents house for a month.
Anyways, for those of you that believe in jinxes....you'll hate this just as much as you hated it when SI picked the Cubs to win the World Series. For those of you who don't believe in jinxes....you'll enjoy the nice picture and the article about the Cubs and RF Kosuke Fukudome.
