I'm facing quite a conundrum now because it seems like every new site that I find is filled with great links. You guys know I'm at YAYSports on Friday's, so maybe this will give you something to do to end the week.....
Former Cobra Brigade interviewee, Carlos Gomez, breaks down the hitting mechanics of A-Rod, Hank Aaron, Babe Ruth and some other dude. This is a must read, even if you go over there just to check out the video.
Winning the Turnover Battle has some video of Titans QB Vince Young sticking up for IU grad Courtney Roby.
The Feed has a comprehensive roundup of the MLB Trade Deadline. Since I didn't do one of these for you guys, this is the one to check out.
Not sports related, butT he Extrapolater has an amazing video of Christopher Walken (we need more cowbell!) making chicken.
Ever wonder who the best dunkers, by position, are in the history of the NBA? Sons of Sam Malone breaks it down for you, with video.
Lizzy at Babes Love Baseball breaks down some MLB trades that should have happened . Very funny stuff.
As always, The Sports Hernia does it right.
Doberman on the Diamond gives us some funny fashion stuff that has disappeared in sports.
Stop Mike Lupica breaks down the media coverage of some dude from San Fran.
Two more links really quick-like:
I missed Jordi's great post , so make sure you check it out!
DCScrap has a 'What's the Coolest Jersey in all of Sports' contest going on, so head over there and vote!
Have a great weekend!
For those I've missed....my apologies. Feel free to send me your links at jackcobra@blogsbyfans.com

Oh man, Cobra, get over your EA fixation; you are NOT getting an invite to that game anytime soon. I'm going to have to start the "Get Cobra a Sports Girlfriend" campaign. (Of course, this individual should not compete with TLD). How about Kayte Christiansen? She plays for the WNBA in your town, after all.
No offense to Miss Christensen, and not to delve into my personal life too much but.....TLD is a former multi-sport college athlete and much more attractive, although a full foot shorter.....
I show the EA pic out of respect for her work on ESPN and for no other reason!
A couple of my friends go to MSU and i went up there for the basketball game (vs IU) that that particular screen shot was taken from. Those guys were about 20 feet away from me. Just throwin that out there.
So....best atmosphere for a college basketball game with the Izzone? (non EA related question)
No way brother, Orange Crush! But seriously, that Izzone game was unreal. I was center court about three rows deep, and it was an ESPN game so EA was there just to enhance the experiance a little more.
Really? Did you go to U of I? I always thought MSU was the toughest place to play in the Big Ten...
I'm in college now and go to a school downtown, but i root for the illini. Illini had the longest home winning streak for a long time, and the atmosphere there at games gets pretty intense. But i do that MSU might be a little crazier. Those kids wake at 8am to pregame for a 730pm bball game.
Ah, cool. Whenever the Illini get that orange curtain going in the crowd it's bad news....
With all due respect to rickhouse, wrong Assembly Hall. The illini have nice facilities even if Memorial Stadium is a million years old and makes you feel like youa re going to fall to your death if you stand up. There is no atmosphere that compete with Assembly Hall in Bloomington. I was a student with season tickets the last time IU went to the final four and folks I am telling you, it was f*%king crazy. Not only was that particular team exciting for its excellent shooting from the perimeter and a big dunk forward in Jeffries, but that place is huge and when its packed it is unreal. I will admit that the timeliness of the student body arrival has come into question of late, and the seating arrangement is crappy, but that place is unreal. you should have been there when Iowa cam to play after Luke Recker had transfered there. WOA
I'm hurt. No love from the Cobra.
Damnit! I always forget someone! Here you go....this was my fav from you for the week:
